Terms & Conditions Ratuliga – Platform Usage Terms for All Malaysian Members

1 Registration & Member Account

To access Sports Betting, slots and live casino services on Ratuliga, you must register a valid personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number and a valid email address.

Ratuliga strictly enforces a one-account-per-user policy. Holding more than one active account under the same individual — whether through a family member's name, a different phone number, or a different IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. This policy exists to uphold fairness and integrity on the Ratuliga platform for all members.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Ratuliga platform.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. False information may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your Ratuliga account password and login credentials confidential.
• Any activity that takes place on your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless clear evidence to the contrary is submitted to Ratuliga.
• Ratuliga reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC), such as a copy of your identification card, at any time — particularly prior to processing large withdrawals.

2 Deposits & Payment Methods

Ratuliga supports a range of local digital payment methods suited to Malaysian players. All deposits are processed securely through encrypted and verified payment channels. The minimum deposit into a Ratuliga account is RM 10, with no set maximum for standard deposits, although Ratuliga reserves the right to apply limits based on individual account profiles.

Ratuliga accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and bank transfers through FPX supporting Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, and other local Malaysian banks. Deposits are typically credited to your Ratuliga account within two minutes of a successful transaction. If a delay exceeds 30 minutes, please contact the Ratuliga support team with your proof of payment for prompt assistance.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and such funds may be forfeited without notice.
• Ratuliga does not accept cash, credit cards, or any international payment methods that are not on our approved list.
• Ratuliga reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

3 Withdrawal of Winnings

Ratuliga processes all valid withdrawal requests efficiently and transparently. Withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX transfer take between 1 and 3 hours during standard banking hours. Ratuliga does not charge any withdrawal fees for all listed local payment methods.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 across all payment methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for accounts that have completed full identity verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by Ratuliga following an account review.
• For withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000 in a single day, Ratuliga reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing the transaction.
• Winnings earned through bonus usage are subject to rollover requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal can be made.
• Ratuliga reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals suspected of involving fraud, system exploitation or other breaches of these terms.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Ratuliga offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins for slots, and free jackpot tickets. Each promotion comes with clearly stated terms and a validity period, as detailed on the respective promotions page. Members are encouraged to read the conditions of each promotion before claiming or using it.

A rollover requirement (also known as a wagering requirement) means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a MYR 50 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you need to place a total of MYR 500 in bets (MYR 50 × 10) before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Ratuliga clearly displays the rollover rate for every promotion.

• Each member is entitled to claim any given promotion once only, unless stated otherwise in the terms of that promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the applicable rollover requirements.
• Ratuliga reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through exploitation of the promotions system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• The validity period for each bonus is stated in its respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses will not be extended.
• Ratuliga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to members.

5 Sports Betting

• All bets confirmed by the Ratuliga system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member after confirmation, except in cases of match cancellation or circumstances that qualify for a refund under Ratuliga's policy.
• Ratuliga reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds (obvious error odds) due to technical or human error. In such cases, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned to the member's account.
• If a match is postponed and not concluded within 48 hours of the scheduled kick-off time, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Betting involving insider information or match-fixing is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
• For in-play betting on Ratuliga, odds may change at any time up until a bet is confirmed. Bets not confirmed before an odds change will not be accepted at the previous odds.

6 Slots & Live Casino

All slots and live casino games available on Ratuliga use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by accredited international testing bodies. 7 Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

Ratuliga members are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful, unethical or disruptive activities that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members. Ratuliga takes proactive measures to detect and prevent all forms of fraud, system exploitation and other malicious activity.

• The use of automated software (bots), data scraping tools (scrapers), or any technology that simulates human activity on the Ratuliga platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between members to manipulate betting outcomes or unfairly exploit promotions is a serious violation that may result in a permanent ban from the Ratuliga platform.
• Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds in a Ratuliga account is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
• Members are not permitted to transfer funds between Ratuliga accounts, buy or sell accounts, or use an account on behalf of another person.
• Any form of threats, abusive language, or disrespectful conduct directed at Ratuliga's support staff will result in immediate account suspension.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Ratuliga reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for reasonable cause, including violation of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failed identity verification or requests from legal authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a member's breach, Ratuliga reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including deposited funds and any pending withdrawals.

• Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the Ratuliga support team at support@ratuliga.click. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.
• Prior to voluntary account closure, any remaining balance that has met all rollover requirements will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of RM 5 per month or closure at Ratuliga's discretion, with at least 30 days' prior email notice to the member.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Ratuliga takes its responsibility to protect the personal information of all members seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Ratuliga's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at our Privacy Policy page. All personal information and transaction data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption across all communications between members' devices and Ratuliga's servers.

• Ratuliga will not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without their explicit prior consent.
• Member data may be shared with Malaysian legal authorities if required by law or a valid court order.
• Members have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting support@ratuliga.click.

10 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise in connection with betting, winnings, payments, or any aspect of using the Ratuliga platform, members must first contact our support team via email at support@ratuliga.click or through live chat for direct resolution. Ratuliga is committed to investigating and responding to all disputes within 5 business days from the date the report is received.

• All disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved based on Ratuliga's system records, which are considered the official and final record.
• Ratuliga's final decision on any dispute is conclusive and binding once a thorough review has been conducted by our team.
• Ratuliga encourages amicable resolution and does not recommend legal action as a first step. That said, this does not prevent members from seeking legitimate legal advice or protection under Malaysian law.

11 Limitation of Liability

Ratuliga shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by members arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service interruptions, technical failures beyond Ratuliga's control, or unauthorised account access due to the member's own negligence.

• Ratuliga makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or entirely free from technical errors. That said, we are committed to maintaining the highest possible level of platform availability at all times.
• Ratuliga's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total active deposit balance in the member's account at the time the claim is submitted.
• Members use the Ratuliga platform at their own risk and are fully responsible for all betting decisions made.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Ratuliga reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address, with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect — unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Ratuliga platform after the effective date of any updated terms will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. Members who do not agree with the updated terms should discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close their account.
